  • Senator Richard Yung visit, on March 4, 2007
In the evening, visit the school that houses PS 38 FLAM a project with 2 classes from 6 to 10 students, twice a week for 1h1 / 2. Parents have played a very active role to set up these projects they manage themselves. The success is high among parents, often binational couples, and among children who go for the rest of their education at the American School. A grant of $ 15000 from the MAE or approximately 20% of the total cost complements the $ 750 per semester that parents pay. A project full of future and which will be extended to bilingual classes in American institutions (see EFNY).
